Business Objects: Enterprise Tagging on the Intranet

Monday, August 14, 11:45-12:30 PM

by Don Macaulay

To make information on the web easier to navigate, many external websites are beginning to apply metadata (tags) to their content. Can the same approach be applied to the intranet?

In this case study, I will review the process and the solution I developed with Adaptive Path to better manage and deliver documents on the Business Objects corporate intranet. I will walk through the custom application we built to manage and deliver documents, and talk about next steps and the challenges ahead.
